ESRT offers a wide range of services that ensure international K-12 affiliates have highly qualified teachers.

High teacher quality is perhaps the biggest factor that contributes to high student achievement. ESRT will offer the following services:

  • Train local staff to asses and adapt the curricular goals of the school
  • Train local staff on use of technology
  • Train local staff how to include/ teach curricular goals in their classrooms
  • Offer consistent staff development that sharpens the vision of quality education and align the visions of Eastern and Western educators
