ESRT will facilitate opportunities for affiliated teachers to validate or update their teaching credentials based on international standards.

ESRT recognizes that highly qualified teachers are needed for quality education. Quality teachers must be certified teachers in the areas in which they teach and must have studied an appropriate amount of literacy at the university level.

Teachers must also update their teaching credentials at appropriate times.
