ESRT offers on-going training or seminars for affiliated K-12 institutions regarding goals and objectives.

ESRT will train work with affiliates on how to best refine their institutional goals and objectives over time with local resources.

A mix of both transformational and transactional leadership, as well as community-based shared leadership models are suggested and seem to be most effective.
