ESRT is an educational consulting company committed to improving education. Established in 2003, ESRT primarily focuses on K-12 educational institutions and aims to improve student achievement by implementing a number of strategies:

  • Improving instruction by training teachers to focus on the meaning of knowledge
  • Accurately measuring growth and achievement by a variety of methods
  • Determining what is best for instruction and learning by frequent research at local/community, national and international locations
  • Using technology in learning and teaching
  • Using technology in linking the local, educational and research communities by sharing information
  • Improving learning and teaching by consistently evaluating educational programs from a goals-based and outcomes-based evaluation perspective.

We work currently work with experienced professionals and leading experts in K-12 education and technology. ESRT’s outreach objectives for the next two years are detailed below:

  1. Determine the educational needs of local communities in the Mid-East and Asia; help these educational institutions craft their goals and establish schools.
  2. Partner with local organizations to establish at least five K-12 educational institutions in the Middle East and Asia with American charter school curricular and educational standards.
  3. Choose appropriate assessment tools that will allow monitoring of student achievement, teaching and school management.
  4. Choose appropriate research mechanisms that will be used continuously improve teaching and student achievement.
  5. Install and train teachers, students, parents, administrators and researchers on use of MySchool™ and other educational-based technologies.
  6. Protect school data and technology with the latest computer network securities.
  7. Design and/or choose and implement tools that will best allow us to keep data on the progress of all operations.
  8. Develop procedures for recruiting, hiring and professionally developing highly qualified staff.
  9. Work with educational institutions to develop ESL programs and/or ESL training for current mainstream teachers in US and international locations.
